HWS HD!!

11 October 09

This year I had two cousins get married.  I thought since Heirloom Wedding Sampler was so pretty I would stitch one for each of them.  What a bad idea.  I lost interest in the second one and even the deadline of the wedding couldn’t get me going on it.  My cousin’s wedding was in July [...]

Have you had a happy dance yet this year? If so, tell us about it! (Or

Heirloom Christmas Sampler Update..among other things

9 December 07

I’ve signed up for Christmas Mystery V and have ordered both the kit (threads, metallics and beads) from European Crosstitch Company and the fabric from Silkweaver.

Hopefully the threads and fabric work.  The down side of it is that the threads won’t get here until later in January.  Oh well, something the look forward to.

Line ‘em up and knock ‘em down?

29 November 07

I don’t know about finishing things, I certainly do start a lot.  Not into the new year and I’ve already decided to add to my ”work” load.  Definitely doing a correspondance course through EAC.
Last night we had our monthly meeting.  The programme was a small casalguidi flower with a stem and leaf teaching three basic stitches.  I [...]
